Abstract(s)
O CEREC (Chaiside Economical Restauration of Estetics Ceramic) do laboratório alemão Sirona,
baseado sobre o principio de Concepção e Fabricação assistido por ordenador (CFAO direto);
traz uma solução rápida, em uma só consulta a fim de confecionar restaurações protéticas em
cerâmica de tipo coroas, inlays, onlays, facetas, endocoroas e pontes, muito estéticas e com
excelentes qualidades.
Esta tecnologia constituída por uma câmara ótica que regista os dados e por um software que
realiza a aquisição e a modelização (CAO) de um protótipo evolutivo que será depois usinada a
partir da modelização 3D (FAO).
Apareceu nos últimos anos, tende hoje em dia a democratizar-se nos consultórios dentários,
oferecendo aos pacientes bem como dentistas muitos vantagens, como o conforto na consulta, o
ganho de tempo ou, uma melhoria na relação paciente e medico dentista graça ao lado interativo
deste método.
The CEREC (Chairside Economical Restauration of Esthetics Ceramic) of the German’s laboratory Sirona, based on the principle of CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computeraided manufacturing) ; bring a quick solution, in a single consultation in order to make ceramic prothetics restaurations kind of crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, endodontic-crown and bridges, really esthetics and with excellents qualities. This technology composed by one optical camera who records the data and by a software who realized the aquisition and modelisation (CAO) to produce a prototype which will be after processed issue from a modelisation 3D (FAO). Introduced few years ago, tending to become more commum in dental offices, offering many advantages, as comfort during the consultation, the saving time or whether, an improvement in the relationship between the patient and his dentist thanks to the interactif side of this method.
