| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo tem como tema a caracterização da violência letal sofrida pela mulher brasileira desde o ano 2000, com o objetivo de analisar o fenômeno social do homicídio feminino de perto e os impactos que a legislação específica trouxe para os números de mortes. Para tal, foi necessários analisar de forma comparativa, se houve modificação de tendências do crime após a entrada em vigor da Lei Maria da Penha no ano de 2006, analisando o fenômeno de forma contínua no tempo, determinando as taxas de crescimento; identificar a vítima em potencial, sua faixa etária, percebendo comportamentos por regiões e por estados, levando ainda em consideração a etnia, escolaridade e estado civil das vítimas, local de ocorrência e categoria de agressão sofrida segundo a Classificação Internacional de Doenças, a CID-10, de todo o subgrupo das Agressões, das categorias X85 – Y09. Para atingir tais objetivos o estudo utilizou o método quantitativo, cujos dados foram extraídos do banco de dados consolidado e exposto no site do DATASUS, o Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde Brasileiro, do período de 2000 a 2014. O tratamento dos dados para o reconhecimento dos padrões se deu através de testes de associação de variáveis. O Estudo utiliza como referencial teórico dos homicídios os fatores de risco que incidem sobre os números da violência contra a vítima feminina como um todo. Levando em consideração também quais fatores tornam os números mais heterogêneos. De uma forma geral, o fator gênero é sempre dominante, e as características dos crimes demonstram o contexto em que a vítima está inserida. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This study has as a theme the characterization of the lethal violence suffered by Brazilian women since the year 2000, with the objective of analyzing the social phenomenon of female homicide and the impacts that the specific legislation has brought to the numbers of deaths. Analyzing the phenomenon in a continuous way in time, determining the growth rates of the penha in 2006, it was necessary to analyze in a comparative way, if there was a change in crime trends after the entry in force of the Law of the Penha in 2006; Identify potential victims, their age, perceive behaviors by regions and states, taking into account the ethnicity, schooling and marital status of the victims, place of occurrence and category of aggression according to the International Classification of Diseases, ICD-10, of The entire subgroup of Aggressions, categories X85 - Y09. In order to reach these objectives, the study used the quantitative method, whose data were extracted from the consolidated database and exposed on the DATASUS website, the Department of Informatics of the Brazilian National Health System from 2000 to 2014. The treatment of the data for the recognition of the patterns was done through tests of association of variables. The study uses the theoretical reference of the homicides the risk factors that affect the numbers of violence against the female victim as a whole. Taking into account also what factors make the numbers more heterogeneous. In general, the gender factor is always dominant, and the characteristics of the crimes demonstrate the context in which the victim is inserted. | pt_PT |
