Abstract(s)
O presente estudo pretende demonstrar como se dá a aplicabilidade do laudo psicológico no sistema penitenciário. Para isso, trazer a discussão sobre a doença mental do sujeito, suspeito de cometer um ato ilícito é um desafio, com isso o objetivo principal da investigação foi identificar quais são os critérios utilizados pela equipa multiprofissional na elaboração do laudo psicológico do apenado que será utilizado como instrumento de análise do Juiz. Como metodologia de investigação, utilizou-se o método de estudo exploratório com um enfoque qualitativo, com a utilização de um questionário com 12 questões abertas que nortearam a entrevista de uma população de 6 profissionais da saúde (1 médico, 2 assistentes sociais e 3 psicólogos) que fazem parte de uma equipa multiprofissional da saúde de um presídio localizado no Estado de Santa Catarina. Com os resultados obtidos foi possível verificar que a estrutura dos laudos psicológicos, em geral, atende a demanda solicitada pelo Juiz, contudo, os participantes sugeriram a análise dos casos concretos para que de fato haja uma eficácia no relatório final.
The present study intends to demonstrate how the psychological report can be applied in the penitentiary system. For this, to bring the discussion about the mental illness of the subject, suspected of committing an unlawful act is a challenge, with that the main objective of the investigation was to identify which are the criteria used by the multiprofessional team in the elaboration of the psychological report of the distress that will be used as an instrument of analysis of the Judge. As a research methodology, the exploratory study method was used with a qualitative approach, using a questionnaire with 12 open questions that guided the interview of a population of 6 health professionals (1 physician, 2 social workers and 3 psychologists) who are part of a multiprofessional health team of a prison located in the State of Santa Catarina. With the results obtained it was possible to verify that the structure of the psychological reports, in general, meets the demand requested by the Judge, however, the participants suggested the analysis of the concrete cases so that in fact there is an effectiveness in the final report.
