permanente cambio.
This paper analyzes how Villa Grimaldi Park for Peace (Parque por la Paz Villa Grimaldi) project has evolved since it opened in 1997. The analysis reveals that this memorial site is a multimedia artifact and that its evolution provides clues on how the disappearance and torture of individuals during the dictatorship in Chile have been imagined. Far from having become a final project, the Park is an ever-changing commemorative, educational, testimonial and performative space.
