Abstract(s)

There are several rehabilitation solutions for these cases’ treatment. This literature review aims to define the concept of dental dyschromia, addressing the possible underlying etiologies, and list the various rehabilitation techniques available for its resolution. Results presented in the literature regarding longevity and clinical success of rehabilitative solutions will also be discussed. A bibliographic search was conducted in PubMed/Medline, SciElo, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases. The most recommended rehabilitation approach should be focused on minimally invasive restorative treatments. Future investigations must focus on the development of self-adhesive restorative materials, with proven evidence, and bioactive adhesives.
