| dc.description.abstract | A hipertensão arterial é uma doença cardíaca que tem como causa vários fatores de risco que são intrínsecos ao ser humano. Segundo Hans-Dieter F. (2008) “A hipertensão é uma das doenças crónicas mais frequentes”. Com este estudo, pretendeu-se fazer uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica, com o objetivo de conhecer alguns fatores de risco da hipertensão arterial. Para obter informação sobre alguns dos fatores de risco da hipertensão arterial, foi necessário reunir informações, analisar os factos, verificar qual a melhor forma de atuar para a prevenção e eliminação de alguns fatores de risco por parte dos profissionais de saúde, nomeadamente os enfermeiros. Para o estudo procedeu-se à pesquisa de vários documentos (artigos e revistas científicas), sobre a problemática em estudo. Os resultados obtidos das diferentes pesquisas indicaram que a obesidade foi o fator de risco mais citado entre todos os artigos científicos e revistas pesquisados. O sedentarismo, o consumo excessivo de álcool, o tabagismo, o baixo nível de atividade física, a alimentação inadequada, a idade, o stress e a hereditariedade também foram fatores de risco referidos por vários autores durante a pesquisa e elaboração deste estudo. Entre muito outros fatores de risco, sem se ter retirado importância a estes, neste estudo conclui-se também, que existem fatores de risco citados por poucos autores, tal como ser do sexo masculino, a presença de diabetes e história cardiovascular pessoal. Constatou-se ainda que alguns fatores de risco apenas foram citados unicamente por um autor: privação do sono, exposição ao ruído, ansiedade, irritabilidade, instabilidade na família ou no local de trabalho, instabilidade social e consumo de substâncias ilícitas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Arterial hypertension is a heart disease caused by various factors that reflects the human habits in a daily basis. According to Hans-Dieter F. (2008) "Hypertension is the most frequent chronic disease". With this study, the intention is to do a Bibliographic review with the purpose of acknowledge the main risk factors of Arterial Hypertension. To collect the information regarding the risk factors of arterial hypertension, was needed to put together all the information, analyze data and verify the most suitable way of acting to prevent and eliminate some of the risk factors by health professionals, nurses principally. For this study, various documents (Articles, Science magazines, and specialist Books) about the matter were researched. The results of different studies have a told us that obesity was the most cited risk factor among all the articles and scientific journals surveyed. The Sedentary, the excessive alcohol consumption, tobacco addiction, the low level of physical activity, the inadequate feeding, the age, the stress and hereditary reasons were the main factors mentioned by various authors during the research and elaboration of this study. Between several other risk factors, without giving less importance, it is concluded that only a few authors mentioned male gender, diabetes presence, and personal cardiovascular story. Was constacted that some of the risk factors were mentioned only by one author: sleep apnea, sound pollution, anxiety, irritability, instability in the personal, professional and social life and use of recreational drugs. | pt_PT |
