Abstract(s)
The rehabilitation of the anterior region with implants is highly challenging and complex. Despite the high success rates in bone-integrated implants, high gingival retraction in the anterior implants is still reported. The provisional crown in immediate load is playing an increasingly important role when talking about unitary implants in the anterior region of the maxilla. And the benefits of its installation immediately after the implant comes to be confirmed by the specialists who have already created an ever more comprehensive consensus of its benefits. The thicker gingival biotype has a better prognosis than thinner tissues. The distance from the base of the contact point to the bone crest is a determining factor for the presence or absence of interdental papillae. Its presence is in 98% of cases when this distance is up to 5mm.
