| Abstract: | O despovoamento das cidades está, actualmente, na base da desqualificação dos centros urbanos. A resposta a esta situação põe em evidência a inexistência de critérios e estratégias capazes de fazer face a uma situação que se agudiza, assim como revela a dificuldade de articular um discurso sobre uma matéria em constante mutação. The cities depopulation is responsible, in present, for the urban centres disqualification. The answer for this situation salient the non existence of criterions and strategic to invert the difficult situation and reveal the difficult to produce one uniform discourse about this question in permanent mutation. |
