| dc.description.abstract | O grupo de pares contribui de uma forma decisiva para o processo de identidade social que constitui, por seu lado, a coluna vertebral do auto-conceito. Assim, todos os processos grupais passam pela conformidade às normas, pelas relações com outros grupos e por uma avaliação positiva ou negativa de si próprios. No caso dos grupos anti-normativos a má reputação poderá ser uma estratégia estereotipada de reestruturação da identidade social quando a auto-estima e o auto-conceito dos indivíduos se encontram ameaçados. The group of pairs contributes in a decisive manner for the process of social identity that constitutes, in turn, the vertebral column of the self-concept. Thus, all group processes imply conformity with the norms, relations with other groups and a positive or negative evaluation of itself. In the case of anti-normative groups, bad reputation can be a stereotyped strategy for the reorganization of social identity, whenever the self-esteem and the selfconcept of the individuals are threatened. | por |
