| dc.description.abstract | A realização do presente estudo pretendeu indagar os conhecimentos e comportamentos das mulheres menopáusicas sobre a menopausa, de modo a contribuir para um melhor esclarecimento destas mulheres e sensibilizar os próprios profissionais para uma melhor efectivação de programas de educação para a saúde acerca desta temática. Averiguou-se especificamente os seguintes aspectos: o conceito que as mulheres têm relativamente à menopausa; os conhecimentos das mulheres acerca das alterações ocorridas; as alterações adoptadas pelas mulheres no estilo de vida após a menopausa; os exames de rastreio que passaram a efectuar após entrada na menopausa; o profissional e o local onde obtiveram acompanhamento na entrada da menopausa; a importância atribuída pelas mulheres ao acompanhamento efectuado pelo profissional de saúde; a opinião das mulheres relativamente ao acompanhamento de enfermagem na menopausa; as sugestões e/ou críticas das mulheres sobre os serviços de saúde para responder às necessidade de conhecimento e de comportamento acerca da menopausa. De modo a responder a estes aspectos, optou-se por uma abordagem predominantemente quantitativa descritiva simples, tendo como auxiliar nas questões abertas a abordagem qualitativa. O instrumento de colheita de dados utilizado foi o questionário, aplicado a uma amostra de 47 mulheres. O tratamento de dados consistiu na análise estatística descritiva para as perguntas fechadas e na análise de conteúdo para as perguntas abertas. Relativamente aos resultados, realça-se que existem algumas mulheres que ainda não se encontram elucidadas quanto aos aspectos envolventes da menopausa e que 51% das mulheres não alteraram os seus comportamentos de vida. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The accomplishment of the present study intended to inquire the information about menopause and behaviours of the women on the menopause, in order to contribute for one better clarification of these women and to sensetize the proper professionals for one better concretion of programs of education for the health concerning this thematic one. One inquired the following aspects specifically: the concept that the women have relatively to the menopause; the information of the women concerning the occured alterations; the changes in the life style adoptees for the women after the menopause; the tracing examinations that had started to effect after entered in the menopause; the professional and the place where they had gotten accompaniment in the entrance of the menopause; the importance attributed for the women to the real accompaniment for the health professional; the opinion of the women relatively to the accompaniment of nursing in the menopause; the critical suggestions of the women about the answer of the services of health to the necessity of knowledge and behaviour concerning to the menopause they have been felt. In order to answer to these aspects, it was opted to a simple descriptive quantitative boarding. The questionnaire was the instrument of harvest of data used, applied to a sample of 47 women. The analysis of data was the descriptive statistic analysis for the closed questions and the analysis of content for the open questions. Relatively to the results, one ascends that some women are not elucidated about the involving aspects of the menopause and that 51% of the women had not modified their behaviour. | |
