Abstract(s)
disponíveis no mercado.
In recent times, Endodontics has undergone a great evolution in the field of instrumentation, mainly with the emergence of new alloys and the way they are manufactured, which allowed the manufacture of several mechanized endodontic systems available on the market. In fact, they were designed to improve manual instrumentation systems in time and quality, and these remain fundamental for the success of the treatment. The decrease in working time in the consultation and the diversity of systems available on the market can lead to an inappropriate use of irrigators in relation to their time of action and, therefore, in their effectiveness. This work aims to make a bibliographic narrative review of the existing literature, in order to understand and evaluate the differences between manual files and mechanized files in relation to the irrigation capacity.
