| dc.description.abstract | O termo espiritualidade é normalmente utilizado, no sentido de referência vinculada a religiosidade ou religião instituída. No presente trabalho, a palavra espiritualidade está entrelaçada a dois principais fundamentos. O primeiro, diz respeito ao despertar da Consciência para os condicionamentos oriundos do ego ou da personalidade identificada com o Outro (sujeito da percepção que interpreta o mundo externo e o mundo interno, a partir das estruturas biopsicossociais), ganhando assim poder para decisões mais livres. O segundo diz respeito à experiência de unidade com o Inefável, no qual abrange e ultrapassa a experiência humana. A presente investigação se baseia no campo do encontro terapêutico e nos mapas mentais fornecidos por Jiddu Krishnamurti e na filosofia e meditação Zen Budista, assim como alguns princípios da Mística da Kaballah judaica. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The term spirituality is normally used as reference in order to link the religious or established religion. In this study, the word spirituality is intertwined between the two main foundations. The first one talks about the awakening of consciousness to the arising conditioning of the ego or personality identified with the Other, (Perception Subject That interprets the external and the internal world of biopsychosocial structures), this way gaining power for more free decisions. The second concerns the experience of the unity with the Ineffable , which encompasses and surpasses the human experience This research is based on the therapeutic encounter field and mind maps provided by Jiddu Krishnamurti and Zen Buddhist philosophy and meditation , as well some principles of Mysticism of Jewish Kaballah . | pt_PT |
