| dc.description.abstract | A presente monografia tem como tema a prevenção dos riscos profissionais, propondo a reflexão sobre índices estatísticos que permitam medir essa prevenção. A opção por este estudo baseou-se na necessidade constante de reflexão e intervenção em prol da Segurança, Higiene e Saúde no Trabalho, especificamente na prevenção, sendo esta acção pró-activa para se eliminar os acidentes de trabalho e as doenças profissionais. Não obstante todo o trabalho até à data realizado, a proposta tem como finalidade tentar contribuir para a gestão com mais uma ferramenta que ajude a tomada de decisões, assim como ser uma forma de uma organização comunicar o seu esforço à comunidade, influenciando a imagem institucional da mesma. This monograph´s theme is the prevention of the professional risks proposing the reflection upon statistical indexes which allow measuring that prevention. The choice for this study was based on the constant need of reflection and intervention to promote Occupational Health and Safety, specifically in the prevention, to eliminate proactively professional accidents and diseases. Notwithstanding all the work performed until now, this proposal aims not only to try to contribute to the management with another tool to help in the decision making, but also to be a way for an organization to communicate its efforts to the community influencing its institutional image. | por |
