Abstract(s)
Introdução: Entende-se existir uma Perturbação de Ansiedade quando “existe um medo grave, desproporcionado, que perdura há pelo menos seis meses e que têm um verdadeiro impacto na vida quotidiana, com interferência com a capacidade de normal funcionamento do indivíduo”. A comunicação eficaz entre enfermeiros e utentes é indispensável em cuidados de saúde de qualidade, determinando diretamente a satisfação do utente, a adesão ao tratamento e os resultados de saúde.
Objetivo: Mapear e descrever as intervenções de enfermagem dirigidas a utentes com Perturbação de Ansiedade nos Cuidados de Saúde Primários.
Métodos: A pesquisa foi efetuada na base de dados PubMed através da MedLine, na Ebsco através da Cinahl e Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection. Além do recurso a base de dados, foi feita pesquisa também em literatura cinzenta e no Google Acadêmico.
Resultados: Identificaram-se 55 resultados através da Pubmed, quatro resultados via Ebsco através da Cinahl e dois no Google Acadêmico, restando para o estudo cinco artigos.
Conclusões: Verificou-se que os enfermeiros desempenham um papel central na identificação e no tratamento precoce de transtornos de ansiedade, utilizando abordagens colaborativas e ferramentas de rastreio.
Introduction: An Anxiety Disorder is understood to exist when “there is a serious, disproportionate fear that has lasted for at least six months and has a real impact on daily life, interfering with the individual's ability to function normally”. Effective communication between nurses and patients is essential for quality healthcare, directly determining patient satisfaction, adherence to treatment and health outcomes. Objective: To map and describe the nursing interventions aimed at patients with Anxiety Disorder in Primary Health Care. In addition to the database, a search was also carried out in gray literature and Google Scholar.
