Tratamento regenerativo da peri-implantite: revisão integrativa da literatura

| dc.description.abstract | Objetivos: Comparar e analisar ao longo desta revisão integrativa da literatura os resultados obtidos no tratamento cirúrgico regenerativo em implantes afetados por PI e avaliar quais as terapêuticas mais previsíveis e eficazes que irão contribuir no aumento da sobrevida dos implantes afetados por patologia peri-implantar a médio-longo prazo. Materiais e métodos: Foi realizado uma pesquisa eletrónica através das bases de dados PubMed e B-On de 2012 a 2022. A seleção dos estudos foi direcionada através da leitura do título, do resumo e da leitura integral do artigo. Foram incluídos estudos através da estratégia de pesquisa PRISMA, estudos clínicos randomizados (RCTs), ensaios em humanos, idioma em inglês, que abordem o tratamento cirúrgico regenerativo da PI, tomando em consideração os respetivos parâmetros: PPD, BoP/SoP, RBL e CAL. Resultados: De acordo com a pesquisa bibliográfica efetuada, encontramos 589 citações sobre o sujeito. Sobre 7 artigos em textos integrais estudados, os respetivos 7artigos foram incluídos e analisados nessa revisão integrativa da literatura. Conclusão: O tratamento cirúrgico regenerativo da PI mostra-se eficaz na redução dos parâmetros clínicos PPD, BoP/SoP, RBL e CAL, assim como a inflamação dos tecidos afetados por PI. Contudo a evidência científica é limitada e controversa no que concerne ao êxito do tratamento regenerativo da peri-implantite, por isso, serão necessários estudos científicos adicionais com um maior número de pacientes, um acompanhamento mais longo e metodologias mais padronizadas e homogéneas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Objectives: To compare and analyze throughout this integrative review of the literature the results obtained in regenerative surgical treatment in implants affected by PI and to evaluate which are the most predictable and effective therapies that will contribute to increase the survival of implants affected by periimplantitis to medium-long term. Material and methods: An electronic literature search was performed through the PubMed and B- On databases from 2012 to 2022. The selection of studies was guided by reading the title, abstract a full reading of the article. Studies using the PRISMA search strategy, randomized clinical trials (RCTs), human trials, English language, addressing the regenerative surgical treatment of PI, taking into account the respective parameters: PPD, BoP/SoP, RBL and CAL were included. Results: According to the bibliographic research carried out, we found 589 citations about the subject. About 7 articles in full text studies, the respective 7 articles were included and analyzed in this integrative review of the literature. Conclusion: The regenerative surgical treatment of PI is effective in reducing the clinical parameters PPD, BoP/SoP, RBL and CAL, as well as the inflammation of the tissues affected by PI. However scientific evidence is limited and controversial regarding the success of regenerative treatment of periimplantitis, therefore additional scientific studies with greater number of patients, longer follow-up and more standardized and homogeneous methodologies will be needed. | pt_PT |
