Abstract(s)
Objetivo: apresentar dados sobre os padrões de consumo de estudantes universitários após o levantamento de todas as restrições relacionadas com o COVID-19.
Método: estudo descritivo, quantitativo com um corte transversal e por conveniência, realizado entre março e abril de 2023, com estudantes inscritos numa universidade privada do norte de Portugal e maiores de 18 anos.
Resultados: amostra com 49 indivíduos, idades compreendidas entre 18 e 44 anos, 73,5% do sexo feminino, 8,4% relataram um consumo de risco ou superior, sendo os estudantes portugueses que consomem mais. 93,9% encontra-se na zona I, 4,1% encontra-se na zona II, 2,0% encontra-se na zona III e nenhum dos participantes encontra-se na zona IV. Apenas o sexo feminino apresentou comportamentos de risco.
Conclusão: pode-se concluir que, de forma geral, os estudantes universitários consomem dentro dos níveis recomendados pela Organização Mundial de Saúde, mas verifica-se que uma percentagem significativa apresenta consumos de risco ou superiores.
