Abstract(s)

Clinical Education (EC) evidence to be an essential complement to the nursing training, to the extent that the knowledge assimilated in school context, are only a constituent part of professional practice. The EC, for your time, promotes a continuous exchange of knowledge between theory and practice, learning new knowledge and technical skills in these transitions, the student needs to mobilize resources, such as social support, in order to develop responses Adaptive. When this is not the case, this can be reflected negatively in terms of health. As a research objective, we proposed to identify and describe the Lifestyles in Higher Education Students in Clinical Teaching, in the District of Porto. This is a descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional study, and the questionnaire "Fantástico Estilo de Vida Fantástico" was adapted and validated for the Portuguese population by Amado, Brito e Silva (2014). Access to the group of participants will be done through a non-probabilistic snowball sample, "Snowball", consisting of 31 Nursing Students, in Clinical Teaching, of the District of Porto. It was concluded that the students present better results in the domains Family and Friends, Introspection and Other behaviours. In the final classification of lifestyles of Nursing Degree students in EC, based on the "Fantastic Lifestyle" questionnaire, 92.00 points were obtained for more than half of the students (70.97%), being able to classify the student's lifestyle as "Very Good".
