Abstract(s)
Uma reabilitaĆ§Ć£o oral consiste na reestruturaĆ§Ć£o dos requisitos funcionais e
estĆ©ticos imprescindĆveis para o restabelecimento do sistema estomatognĆ”tico. A
previsibilidade e a longevidade de uma reabilitaĆ§Ć£o oral dependem de um planeamento
adequado e bem executado. A maioria dos casos requer uma interdisciplinaridade,
envolvendo vĆ”rias Ć”reas de atuaĆ§Ć£o como Periodontia, Endodontia, DentĆstica,
Ortodontia, Cirurgia e Implantodontia.
Para o planeamento de uma reabilitaĆ§Ć£o oral devemos obter o mĆ”ximo de
informaƧƵes para que seja possĆvel a elaboraĆ§Ć£o de um estudo detalhado do caso
seguindo uma ordem de execuĆ§Ć£o. O seguinte trabalho Ć© uma revisĆ£o de literatura e tem
como objetivo definir um protocolo de planeamento para uma reabilitaĆ§Ć£o oral, baseado
na padronizaĆ§Ć£o dos seus procedimentos.
Para tal Ʃ necessƔrio determinar as etapas, atravƩs de anƔlises estƩticas e
funcionais do paciente, que compƵe um tratamento reabilitador mais complexo. Ć de
extrema importĆ¢ncia estabelecer um protocolo de planeamento na reabilitaĆ§Ć£o oral,
visando minimizar possĆveis falhas e obter sucesso e longevidade do tratamento a ser
executado.
An oral rehabilitation consists of the restructuring of essential functional and aesthetic requirements for the restoration of the stomatognathic. The predictability and longevity of oral rehabilitation depends on proper and well-executed planning. Most of the cases require an interdisciplinarity, involving several areas of practice such as Periodontics, Endodontics, Dentistry, Orthodontics, Surgery and Implantology. For the planning of an oral rehabilitation we must get the maximum information so that it is possible to elaborate a detailed study of the case following an order of execution. The following work is a literature review and aims to define a planning protocol for an oral rehabilitation, based on the standardization of its procedures. For this it is necessary to determine the steps, through aesthetic and functional analyzes of the patient, that composes a more complex rehabilitation treatment. It is extremely important to establish a planning protocol in oral rehabilitation, in order to minimize possible failures and to obtain success and longevity of the treatment to be performed.
