complexo elevado.

Objectives and methodology: to carry out a narrative bibliographic revision of the generations of the Hyflex, CM and EDM instrumentation system, analyzing the differences between the instruments and evaluating with greater attention the structure of the EDM files manufactured by an innovative process called electroerosion (electropolishing) , greater resistance to fracture, with the capacity to return to the original shape after the sterilization process. Conclusions: Hyflex files have different characteristics and have several advantages compared to other instruments on the market. The high efficiency of the Hyflex EDM makes them a good choice for instrumentation of root canals with high complex degree.
