Tratamento cirúrgico ressetivo da peri-implantite: revisão integrativa da literatura

| dc.description.abstract | Objetivos: Comprar nesta revisão integrativa da literatura, os resultados obtidos no tratamento cirúrgico ressetivo da PI e avaliar quais as técnicas mais previsíveis e mais eficazes que irão contribuir para o aumento da sobrevida dos implantes afetados por patologia peri-implantar a médio-longo prazo. Material e métodos: Foi realizado uma pesquisa electrónica através das bases de dados PubMed e B-On de 2011 até 2021. A seleção dos estudos foi direcionada através da leitura do título, do resumo e da leitura integral do artigo. Foram incluídos estudos através da estratégia de pesquisa PRISMA, estudos clínicos randomizados (RCTs), ensaios em humanos, idioma em inglês, que abordem o tratamento cirúrgico ressetivo da PI, tomando em consideração os respetivos parâmetros: PPD, BoP/SoP, MBL e dados microbiológicos. Resultados: De acordo com a pesquisa bibliográfica efetuada, encontramos 325 citações sobre o sujeito. Sobre 7 artigos em textos integrais estudados, os respetivos 7artigos foram incluídos e analisados nessa revisão integrativa da literatura Conclusão: O tratamento cirúrgico ressetivo da PI mostra-se eficaz na redução dos parâmetros clínicos PPD, BoP/SoP, MBL, e inflamação dos tecidos afetados por PI. Mais a evidência científica é limitada no que concerne ao êxito deste tratamento da peri- implantite, por isso, serão necessários estudos científicos adicionais com um maior número de pacientes e um acompanhamento mais longo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Objectives : In this integrative review of the liturature, we compare the results obtained in the resective surgical treatment of PI and evaluate which are the most predictable and effective techniques that will contribute to an increase in the survival of implants affected by peri-implant disease in medium-long term. Material and methods : An electronic search was carried out through the PubMed and Cochrane Library databases from 2011 to 2021. The section of studies was guided by reading the title, the abstract and the full reading of the article. Using the PRISMA search strategy for the selection of the articles, such as randomized controlled trials (RCTs), trials only in humans, articles in English language, addressing the resective surgical treatment of IP were included, taking in account the respective parameters: PPD, BoP/SoP, MBL and data microbiological. Results : According to the bibliographic research carried out, we found 325 citations about the subject. Were analysed 7 articles in full text and were included and analysed in this integrative review of the literatue. Conclusion : The resective surgical treatment of PI is shown to be effective in reducing clinical parameters such as PPD, BoP/SoP, MBL and inflammation on the tissues affected by PI. More scientific evidence is limited regarding the sucess of this treatment of PI, therefore, addicional scientific studies with greater number of patients and longer follow-up will be necessary. | pt_PT |
