Globalização, Informação e Classificação Decimal Universal

Para que se efective o processo de globalização a informação revela-se um instrumento de suma importância. Para que essa informação seja difundida de forma eficaz é imperativa a existência de uma linguagem específica, diremos mesmo, sistemática, capaz de reproduzir um quotidiano social e organizacional. Neste contexto, o papel das bibliotecas vem, através do sistema de Classificação Decimal Universal, como que plasmar essa realidade, por meio de códigos alfanuméricos. In order for the globalization process to become effective information is one most important instrument. To diffuse information efficiently its imperative to work with specific, or even, systematic languages, which reproduce a social and organizational reality. In this context, the role of libraries and their classification systems, as the UDC, are able to fix that same reality, through alphanumeric codes.
