Abstract(s)
Constata-se que, embora com importantes contribuições, as pesquisas
científicas relacionadas com foco na participação de crianças e adolescente em
contextos de Mediação Familiar ainda são restritas, quer pelas vantagens e/ou
desvantagens desta participação, quer em relação à atuação e capacitação do Mediador
para estes casos específicos.
Deste modo, buscar-se-á através da pesquisa ao nível de Pós Doutoramento,
compreender a abrangência, perspectivas e limites desta participação.
It is observed that, although with important contributions, scientific research related to the participation of children and adolescents in Family Mediation contexts are still restricted, either by the advantages and / or disadvantages of this participation, or in relation to the performance and qualification of the Mediator in these specific cases. Thus, it will be sought through the research at the PhD level, to understand the scope, perspectives and limits of this participation.
