Abstract(s)
Em Angola o empreendedorismo significa qualificar ou especificar, principalmente,
aquele indivíduo que detém uma forma especial e inovadora de se dedicar às actividades
de organização, execução; principalmente na geração de riquezas, na transformação de
conhecimento, ou é aquele que modifica, com sua forma de agir, em qualquer área do
conhecimento humano. Mas para as mulheres do mercado informal atingirem os níveis
de competitividade e passarem para os mercados formais elas devem ter capacidade de
planificação e gestão do negócio. Este estudo revelou que mais de 70% das mulheres
começaram o negócio movidas apenas para ter um pequeno rendimento no final de cada
dia, permitindo manter a sua família. Mesmo com esta contradição, cerca de 95% das
mulheres sonham em deixar o mercado informal. As mulheres são as responsáveis
principais pelo sustento da família e são também, ao mesmo tempo, as que menos
oportunidades têm no mercado de trabalho de Angola. Por isso continuam a ser elas a
maioria nesta actividade informal. Este trabalho pretende conhecer a forma como as
mulheres vendedoras do mercado informal fazem os seus negócios e quais são os
sucessos e como elas se podem integrar no mercado formal. Uma vez reconhecida a
dimensão e a importância do mercado informal na sociedade angolana, o presente
estudo tem como objectivo analisar o modo como a informalidade é incorporada na
actividade empresarial formal. O estudo procurou analisar se as mulheres que fazem
planificação de seus negócios têm maior probabilidade de entrarem no mercado formal.

Women are responsible for the immediate support of the family and are also at the same time they have fewer opportunities in the labor market and Angola. So they remain the majority in this informal activity. This paper seeks to know how women in the informal market vendors do their business and what are the successes and how they can integrate into the formal market. Once recognized the size and importance of the informal market in Angolan society, this study is to examine how so informality is incorporated into the formal business. The study sought to demonstrate that women who are planning their businesses are more likely to enter the formal market.
