Esta tese pretende examinar a eficácia do uso do Fibrina Rica em Plaquetas no tratamento de quistos odontogénicos. A utilização de Fibrina Rica em Plaquetas é uma terapia regenerativa que utiliza o próprio sangue do paciente para promover a cicatrização e regeneração de tecidos. Nesta revisão narrativa, vamos analisar estudos e evidências disponíveis sobre o uso do Fibrina Rica em Plaquetas em locas de quistos odontogénicos, explorando sua capacidade de acelerar a recuperação pós-cirúrgica, reduzir a inflamação e melhorar os resultados clínicos.
Os resultados sugerem que o Fibrina Rica em Plaquetas pode ser uma opção promissora noa cicatrização após tratamento de quistos odontogénicos, oferecendo em alguns casos benefícios significativos em comparação com abordagens convencionais.
This thesis aims to examine the effectiveness of using Platelet Rich Fibrin in the treatment of odontogenic cysts. The use of Platelet Rich Fibrin is a regenerative therapy that uses the patient's own blood to promote healing and tissue regeneration. In this narrative review, we will analyze studies and available evidence on the use of Platelet Rich Fibrin at odontogenic cyst sites, exploring its ability to accelerate postsurgical recovery, reduce inflammation, and improve clinical outcomes. The results suggest that Platelet Rich Fibrin may be a promising option in the healing after treatment of odontogenic cysts, bringing in some cases benefits compared to conventional approaches.
