Abstract(s)

Objetivo: As cirurgias abdominais em obesos mórbidos levam a disfunções respiratórias associada as complicações pós-operatórias. Analisar as técnicas de fisioterapia respiratória mais eficazes no tratamento de disfunções pulmonares no pós-operatório de cirurgia bariátrica. Metodologia: Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica nas bases da Scielo, Pub Med, B-on. Resultados: Após a análise de todos os artigos, foram incluídos neste estudo uma revisão bibliográfica de 7 artigos envolvendo 147 pacientes. Todos os artigos mostram técnicas de fisioterapia respiratória diferentes, no entanto havendo coincidência de variáveis a analisar e objetivos a atingir. Conclusão: É pertinente a intervenção do fisioterapeuta no tratamento tanto no pré como no pós-operatório, de pacientes obesos mórbidos submetidos a cirurgia bariátrica. Aim: The morbidly obese abdominal surgeries lead to respiratory disorders, associated to postoperative complications. To analyze the most effective techniques of respiratory physiotherapy, in the treatment of pulmonary dysfunctions, regarding the bariatric surgery postoperative. Methodology: It was performed a bibliographic research in Scielo, Pub Med, B-on basis. Results: After the analysis of all articles, it was include a bibliographic review, with 7 articles, involving 147 patients. All articles present distinct techniques of respiratory physiotherapy, having still coincidence of variables to analyze and goals to achieve. Conclusion: The physiotherapist intervention is pertinent, regarding not only the preoperative treatment, but also the postoperative treatment, of morbidly obese patients, submitted to bariatric surgery.
