Tráfico Humano: uma abordagem nacional e internacional

Abstract

O Tráfico de Seres Humanos é um fenómeno grave e importante para a Criminologia, uma vez que interfere com os Direitos Humanos e perpetua-se a nível nacional e internacional. Este trabalho é composto por uma parte teórica, onde se enunciam os vários tipos de exploração, aliados ao tráfico de seres humanos, e distingue as mesmas de outras situações como o Lenocínio e/ou o Auxílio à Imigração Ilegal. Na parte empírica, realizase uma abordagem às estatísticas nacionais e internacionais, bem como das medidas de prevenção e de combate a este fenómeno.

Trafficking in human beings is a serious and important phenomenon for Criminology, as it interferes with human rights and perpetuates itself at national and international levels. This work is composed of a theoretical part, where the various types of exploitation are enunciated, together with the trafficking of human beings, and distinguish them from other situations such as exploitation of prostitution and/or the aid to illegal immigration. In the empirical part, an approach is made of national and international statistics, as well as measures to prevent and combat this phenomenon.
