Crianças migrantes – Problemas e desafios para a Criminologia

Abstract

O objetivo do presente projeto consiste na compreensão da problemática existente entorno das crianças migrantes e as problemáticas e desafios vigentes para a Criminologia acerca deste problema, através de pesquisa entorno das crianças migrantes assim como as leis vigentes que protegem as crianças nessas situações de maior vulnerabilidade. A pesquisa inclui a elaboração de um questionário que pretende compreender a situação a nível euro-peu, e dirigido às principais agências que trabalham sobre esta questão.

The objective of this project is to understand the existing problems surrounding the migrant children and the problems and challenges in the Criminology of this problem, through re-search around migrant children as well as the laws that protect children in these situations of greater vulnerability. The research includes the elaboration of a questionnaire that in-tends to understand the situation at European level, and directed to the main agencies work-ing on this issue.
