Carlos Drummond de Andrade ou a obliquidade da mudança

Abstract

Não podemos pensar na poesia moderna Brasileira sem pensar no grande poeta Carlos Drummond de Andrade, como não podemos falar da moderna poesia portuguesa sem pronunciar o nome e lembrar o dialogismo interno de Fernando Pessoa, na pluralidade do seu heterotexto. O que procuraremos desenvolver, neste curto ensaio, é a validade pessoalizada do grande poeta mineiro, entre uma certa aspiração à mudança formal (na liberdade de uma nova linguagem) e o seu entendimento de “estar no mundo” (na realidade da sociedade brasileira) e com ele interagir sem constrangimentos de qualquer escola. We cannot address the modern Brazilian poetry without thinking of the great poet Carlos Drummond de Andrade, just as we cannot speak of the modern Portuguese poetry without pronouncing the name and reminding the internal dialogism of Fernando Pessoa, in the plurality of his heterotext. What we will address in this short essay is the personalized validity of the great poet from Minas, put between a certain aspiration to the formal change (in the freedom of a new language) and its understanding as “being in the world” (in the reality of the Brazilian society) and interaction without constraints of any school of thought.
