Metodologia: Este projeto consiste numa revisão da literatura, onde foram selecionados 4 estudos, que cumpriam os critérios de inclusão e exclusão pré-definidos. Resultados: A partir da análise realizada aos estudos selecionados foi possível retirar as seguintes conclusões: Soeiro, et al 2015, comprovou os utentes estão relativamente satisfeitos com o cuidado de enfermagem no serviço de urgência, identificando como pontos positivos os itens relativos ao ato de cuidar e os menos bons relativos às competências comunicacionais. Verificou também existem diferenças estatisticamente significativas entre as variáveis idade e satisfação dos utentes face aos cuidados de enfermagem. Brito, 2015, concluiu que a avaliação relativamente aos enfermeiros, no geral, é bastante positiva, sendo a Simpatia e Disponibilidade os indicadores com melhor avaliação por parte dos utentes. Verificou, também, que o estado de saúde do utente influencia a satisfação do utente com os cuidados prestados. Levandovski, P.F. et alli, 2015, verificou que os utentes, no geral, sentem-se satisfeitos com os cuidados de enfermagem prestados, destacando-se o domínio Técnico-profissional por parte do enfermeiro, seguido dos domínios, Confiança e Educação do Paciente, com valores ligeiramente inferiores. Vizcaino, A.J. et alli, 2019, comprovou que há desvalorização da comunicação por parte do enfermeiro, assim como da transmissão de informação ao paciente e familiares. Conclusão: Dos estudos analisados podemos concluir que as competências e habilidades técnicas, assim como a execução dos procedimentos são valorizadas pelos utentes, gerando uma elevada satisfação. Contrariamente, verificamos insatisfação relativamente às competências comunicacionais e relacionamento interpessoal, assim como à transmissão de informação ao utentes e familiares relativamente ao estado de saúde do mesmo.Objective: The study has as general objective to know the level of satisfaction of users in relation to nursing care in the Emergency Services. Results: From the analysis performed to the selected studies it was possible to draw the following conclusions: Soeiro, et al 2015, proved the users are relatively satisfied with nursing care in the emergency department, identifying as positive points the items related to the act of caring and the least good related to communication skills. There are also statistically significant differences between the variables age and user satisfaction in relation to nursing care. Brito, 2015, concluded that the evaluation of nurses, in general, is very positive, and Sympathy and Availability are the indicators with better evaluation by users. It also verified that the user's health status influences the user's satisfaction with the care provided. Levandovski, P.F. et alli, 2015, found that users, in general, feel satisfied with the nursing care provided, highlighting the technical-professional domain by the nurse, followed by the domains, Patient Trust and Education, with slightly lower values. Vizcaino, A.J. et alli, 2019, proved that there is devaluation of communication by nurses, as well as the transmission of information to patients and family members. Conclusion: From the studies analyzed we can conclude that the skills and technical skills, as well as the execution of procedures are valued by users, generating a high satisfaction.
