Esta revisão incidirá particularmente sobre o tratamento com a micro infiltração de resina e sua eficácia. O objetivo desta revisão narrativa é diferenciar claramente as diferentes lesões de macha branca e encontrar o melhor tratamento para cada uma delas, e assim, explicar o uso da técnica de micro infiltração para cada tipo dessas lesões e a sua diferença com outras técnicas terapêuticas.
