In this text we make a reflection about some of the aspects that justify the opportunity and the interest of territorial fusing of politician administrative nature, regarding the current reality. However, the smaller importance of the physical limits, as border of some relations, does not mean the disappearance of others which are funded, exactly, in those limits.
