Considerando que tal contribuição nunca foi reconhecida, sentindo-se como que cidadãos de segunda classe, desenvolveram um movimento de auto-consciência da sua identidade. Esse movimento encabeçado por um manifesto é considerado por muitos como uma politização das suas reivindicações. Procura-se neste texto uma visão global da questão, de modo a compreender as suas origens e desenvolvimento. The berbers, or imazighen, in their own language, are the oldest inhabitant of north Africa,with a crucial contribution to the history and independence of morocco, a culture and language of their own. considering the non recognition of their value, they feel as a second class citizen, and have developed a movement of self-consciousness of their identity. that movement has been spearheaded by a manifesto and has been considered as a politic movement. in this text we try to give a global view of the question, in a way we can understand their origins and development.porImazighenMovimento berbereManifesto berbereBerber movementBerber manifestjournal article
