Na Europa, num contexto de controle mais rigoroso da imigração ilegal, os estrangeiros em situação irregular muitas vezes não têm acesso a cuidados de saúde. Fala-se, hoje de urgência humanitária. A assistência médica a esta populaçao depende em grande parte da dedicação e coragem do pessoal de atendimento e da generosidade financeira de alguns. O direito à saúde é, sem dúvida, aquele cuja falta de respeito sucita as reações mais intensas. Este artigo é uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática, baseada em 21 artigos. O objetivo é apontar as estruturas de saúde oral criadas para os migrantes e sua condiçoes de acesso aos cuidados disponíveis.Immigration today refers to the entry into a given country or geographical area of foreigners who come for a long stay or to settle there.
