On celebrating the hundredth anniversary of miguel torga one should reflect on one of his least remembered works - O Senhor Ventura - and discuss, on the one hand, the relationships established with the virtual reader in the different parts of the text, which is sometimes confused with the implicit; on the other hand, discuss the way the colective character of the portuguese people presents since the initial paratext, passing through the incipit till the final part.porjournal article
