A literatura consultada peca por usar critérios de sobrevivência distintos para os dois métodos, no entanto parece concordar que um dente endodociado tem uma longevidade superior a um implante.A healthy mouth is important, both at health and social levels, keeping teeth in the mouth is one of the goals of dental medicine. The objective of this paper is to compare endodontics and implantology as solutions to the problem; treat natural teeth until exhaustion or choose to replace it.
